Reproach It On Your Muscles- If you dint sleep at Nights

If you can't sleep at night, it's not any type of disorder.

The answer to fighting sleep may not be in the brain, Say scientist who found that a protein present in the muscles can lessen the effects of sleep less night.
Researches of the Texas southwestern in the US demonstrated how a circadian clock protein the muscle -  BMAL1 - regulates the length in the manner of sleep in mice. The surprising revelation challenges the widely accepted notion that the brain controls all aspects of sleep.

The team found that the patient while protein's Presence or absence in the brain had little effect on sleep recovery, mice with a higher level of BMAL1 in their muscles recovered from sleep deprivation more quickly.
