KishanaGanga Project to be started as soon as possible-World bank permitted

WASHINGTON: India is allowed to construed hydroelectric power facilities on tributes of the jhelum and chenab  rivers with certain restrictions under 1960 Indus Water Treaty (IWT), the world bank he said

   The world Bank Comments came as official  from India Pakistani concluded secretly-level talk over the IWT.

Pakistan oppresses the construction of the krishnaganga and rattle the hydroelectric  power plants being build by India in jamu and Kashmir , the global lender said in fact sheet issued yesterday
 Nothing that the two countries disagree over weather the technical design features of the two hydroelectric plants can contrive the treaty, the world bank said that the IWT designates these two levels as well as Indus as the western rivers to which Pakistan has unrestricted views.

Among other users, India is permitted to construct hydroelectric power facilities on these river subjects to constrains river subjects specified in the annexes  in the treaty to the speed said in the fact sheet.
