A Special court today requesting framing of graft and criminal intrigue against 11 former MPs, Who were charge sheeted in the famous 2005 cash for question scam for allegedly taking money to as question in Parliament.
Special judge Poonam Choudhary said that fees for the alleged offence of criminal conspiracy under IPC and the provisions of prevention of corruption act were premia fascia made out these against these former governments, who were expelled in the breaks of the scam and a private person.
The court directed all accused to remain present before August 28th 2017th for formally framing charges against them.
The 11 formers MPs who are indicted in the case- Chhatrapal Singh Lodha, Aana saheb Patel, Manoj Kumar, Chandra Pratap Singh, Ram Sewak Singh, Narendra Kumar kushwaha, Pradeep Kumar Gandhi, Suresh Chandel, Lal Chandhra Kol, Y G Mahajan, Raja Rampal.
Besides them, all court has also ordered charges against Ravindra Kumar. The proceeding against one of the accused Vijay Phogat has been abated as his death. Besides these experiments, two journalists of webs probes are Tempur remake confirmed with star hero also charge sheeted.
