Privacy is a fundamental right states supreme court



Already we got the judgement about privacy is not a fundamental right, but today centre took their word back,k.k venugopal argued on the behalf of centre in case of privacy these merely are common law which are certain aspects of privacy and protected under fundamental rights

Their are several aspects under privacy of right to life as like right to food,right to shelter,and in some case privileged  cannot be under the expense of lot like food,shelter.

arguing in the matter of privacy as a fundamental right mr.kapil sibal told that privacy is not mentioned in constitution in american and australian country but its a fundamental right.
