BE SUBTLE IN YOUR TONE: Its being ideal rather than asking direct,straight forward promotion or a raise in your salary it important for you to you to ask for more work while this shows your dedication towards your company and also to dedication towards objectives and goals for your company when you do this you must be very polite and receptively towards your boss you cannot just go and ask i need a promotion or else need much awaited rise in salary while ta ht not polite that come forward in very rude way Rather than do so you need to be extremely polite and subtle in your tone and ask for more responsibilities so make sure you be subtle in your tone.
GO LOUD AT YOUR WORK:Now here i say go loud about your work well i don't really mean that you need to start streaming that about the work you have done for this company well that not right it mean that you need talk about your achievements and talk about how well you manged your job profile or job post so make sure you talk about your contributions towards the company and achieving goals and objectives of your company when you do so in very professional manner am sure that boss will consider for what you are asking your promotion or the raise in salary so go ahead talk about achievement, goals and achievements you have done for the company.
NEVER BAD MOUTH YOUR CO-WORKERS:never bad mouth your co-workers it is extremely unprofessionally meaning ,if you do so it will be re felting your personality that gonna show what kind of person your are,and how negative you are and you don't show that side of personalty their,it will not create a great impression and it will not give any rise or promotion even you deserve it you must show every time that you are a great team player it always going to be plus point to your behaviour and it will be showing its a big acid to your company,so always to in a positive way when ever you talk about the achievement.
STOP CRIBBING AND COMPLAINING:The last is that never crib or complain about their job,well you are not a cry baby you couldn't be compiling and cribbing all the time that i have been slogging of so many years and i defiantly deserve a rise even some people end up by saying see my co workers they don't even work and getting that much of salary their is no need to compare your self with others that's not professional and your boss gonna not hike your salary or else give promotion .
